Stainless Steel Tanks

All of our tanks are manufactured using high-grade stainless steel. At PCM, we stock 800L and1000L unjacketed and jacketed aseptic tanks with a standard configuration that can be used effectively in most North American breweries, wineries, and distilleries.

The jacketed tank features a double wall design with inlet and outlet connections that allow for cooling glycol to be circulated around the body of the tank. Our tanks feature the Tri-Connect Total Drain System which makes both transfer of product and cleaning as easy as possible. These tanks can be space savers, stackable 3 high, when empty, and 2 high, when full.

  • Manway closure with 6 locking wing nuts with silicone gaskets and seals

    1 safety pressure relief fitting- 1 Bar (15PSI)

    1 gas purge connection; 1.5 parker quick-connect.

    3" tri-clamp filling fitting in top lid

    Bottom drain with sanitary butterfly valve; 1.5" connection

    60-degree conical bottom drain to valve

    Foor protective nylon leg inserts

    2 bar PRV's are available upon request
